Abstract

This study examines how FinTech innovations are improving Algeria Post’s financial services, with particular focus on the BaridiMob application. It identifies the main FinTech applications used in financial services, examines the technologies adopted by Algeria Post, and analyzes the key services provided through BaridiMob. The study adopts the descriptive and analytical approaches to examine the development of digital financial services and their contribution to improving service delivery. The findings show that FinTech has contributed to the digitalization of Algeria Post’s financial operations, facilitated electronic transfers and payments, enabled remote account and card management, and expanded access to financial services through mobile technology. The BaridiMob application illustrates the role of FinTech in making financial services more accessible, flexible, and efficient, while reducing reliance on physical transactions and supporting Algeria Post’s digital transformation.
